Community Centered Boards

CCBs are private non-profit organizations contracted with the State to provide case management for persons with developmental disabilities needing long-term service and support systems.  They provide a candidate or eligible individual with intake services, eligibility determinations, service plan development, arrangement for services, delivery of services, monitoring, and many other functions.  Among many programs, they assist families with Early Intervention and both the Medicaid Children’s Extensive Support Waiver and the Children with Autism Waiver.
