Becky HobsonBecky Hobson joined PPHC in March 2015 as Vice President of Operations and in April of 2016 became the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).  She is also responsible for Reach Therapy Services, PPHC’s sister company in Houston, Texas.  Becky has a strong background in process improvement and re-engineering and is responsible for building a scalable and integrated electronic and technical platform for both organizations.  Critical to this objective is a flexible, integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that can grow with the business and service lines while driving workflow, data capture and revenue.   Becky is also responsible for revenue cycle management and works closely with both offices to identify and execute efficiency opportunities to ensure that we can process information expediently so that desired services can be provided to our patients.

Prior to joining PPHC, Becky held numerous clinical and leadership roles with American Medical Response (AMR).  She started her career as a clinician and was a licensed paramedic for twelve years.  During her tenure at AMR, Becky was very involved with the company’s proprietary electronic charting system, and she successfully led the deployment of the largest pre-hospital roll-out in the country.  Her ability to work across department lines in a collaborative manner fostering teamwork and coupled with her ability to get results through people was instrumental in the success of the project.

Jennifer RahrerMrs. Rahrer had the honor of officially joining the PPHC team in 2007. Her mother, a former nurse and one of the original founders of PPHC, made it possible for Jennifer to personally experience the benefits of home health.

In 2005, Jennifer and her husband Bill had their first child. Cooper, who was born at 28 weeks weighing in at 1lb 15oz. They spent 11 weeks in the NICU and many years with PPHC services.  Cooper was a fighter and has overcome so many obstacles mainly because of the services that he received from the incredible therapists at PPHC. It was then that she realized her passion was to help families with special needs kids and find the right path for each individual family.

A Denver native, Jennifer graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Communication Disorders and Human Development. She then took a turn and worked for United Airlines for 11 years as a Customer Service Manager and an Operations Manager at Denver International Airport before she became part of the PPHC family.
